"Jordan Barriere's goal with 5:10 gone in the second overtime lifted the defending state-champion and top-ranked Eagles to a hard-fought 1-0 victory over the Emerald Knights in the NYSPHSAA Class D title contest at Middletown High School.
It marked the fifth state championship for the Chazy boys' soccer program under the direction of head coach Rob McAuliffe."
